Our goal is to transition, integrate and mentor Youth in the larger community while building relationships with resources. Through transition housing, we are mentoring youth to develop character, career interests, and leadership skills, thereby strengthening our foundation's core values through programs that fit the needs of our youth and enhance their presence as contributing citizens
